Graphic Design Projects
1. Scope of Work
We want to make sure that your graphic design project is clear and well-defined from the start. We'll outline the deliverables and the number of revisions in the project agreement. If you need any changes that go beyond the agreed scope, no worries—we’ll work with you on a change request, and there may be a additional cost depending on the overtime and complexity.
2. Revisions & Changes
Your project includes a set number of revisions (e.g., two rounds), but if you need further changes, like replacing or reworking design elements that result in long hours, additional charges may apply. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way!
3. Content Requirements
To get started, we'll need all your content (like text, images, and logos). If content isn't ready on time, we may need to adjust the timeline, and we might add extra charges for content creation or strategy. We’re here to help if you need assistance!
4. Approval Process
Once we’ve delivered the final designs, we’ll get your feedback according to the agreed timeline. If there are delays in feedback, it could extend the project timeline. After approval, no further changes will be made without extra charge—let’s make sure everything’s perfect before we sign off!
5. Payment & Billing
Our payment terms will be detailed in your project proposal. We’ll require full payment before we release the final files. Any extra work beyond the original scope will be billed separately, and we’ll keep you updated on any changes along the way!
6. Timeline Adjustments
The timeline depends on getting timely feedback and content from you. If there are delays, we may need to adjust the project schedule, and there could be extra costs. We’ll always keep things running smoothly with clear communication!
7. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel the project, please provide written notice. We’ll bill for any work completed up to that point, and deposits may not be refundable. We always aim to complete projects to your satisfaction, but we understand that things can change!
