How we approach UX and web design at Graham Agency
For website UX design projects, we may start with flows and maps or jump straight into wireframes, depending on your project’s complexity. Wireframes define the site’s structure, navigation, and architecture—presented in black and white with image placeholders. This helps everyone focus on the user's journey and functionality, without distractions from images or colors.
We follow design thinking strategies to ensure we understand your users’ needs, define the problem, ideate solutions, prototype, and test—keeping the design flexible and user-centered.
To maintain consistency, reusability, and scalability, we create a design system with reusable components, patterns, and guidelines that ensure a unified user experience. This design system also allows for easy scaling as your business grows.
Once the wireframes are approved, we enhance the design by adding colors, styles, and real images, creating a realistic mockup of the final platform (website, mobile app, or portal).
At the end of the Design Phase, you can either hand off the design to your preferred developer, build it yourself or proceed with the next steps with us.
